It deserves its 4 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Starbucks Coffee.

The hotel seems like the best base for overnight stay. Duval district is worth your attention.

Concierge is the best ever! The property was in the center of the city. Went to Bagatelle to try specialties, it's approx 5 mins walk away. Hotel great customer service.
The street outside is quite noisy. We thought our air conditioning had a problem, it was a bit noisy.

Hot Tin Roof was set 5 minutes walk away. Located really close to many tourist locations and mallory square, which is 5 minutes on foot. Duval district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. Honestly no complains at all;)))

Patio added some charm. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose pier house resort & spa. Starbucks Coffee is within walking distance of the hotel. Comfortable place for a trip in Key West.

Located in the beach area, the hotel offered meaningful prices. The pool was nice. It was very convenient to stay within 15 minutes' walk from duval street:)))
